Where Woods Meet Water
How do you blend waterfront living and capturing views from every space, with a wooded lot and a natural feel? With a design from Schneider Custom Builders that incorporates plenty of open space, natural light and views from strategic windows, while integrating an exterior design that perfectly complements the environment.
Modern Design With Elegant Touches
You would never know this gorgeous home started as a 1970s era 3,000 square foot brick ranch. We converted it to a updated, modern two-story home with 7,000 square feet through a complete remodel, including adding a second story.
This new construction in a classic beach community is a showcase property. A narrow lot led to an open design with lots of interior architectural detail and trim, resulting in a modern take on a traditional beach cottage.
When our clients said they wanted a “shabby Scandinavian” design for this new custom home construction, we were up to the challenge. The open floor plan captures water views and the finished home serves as a primary residence, with a vacation home feel.
Traditional design meets beach living with this beach front new construction. The exterior design fits well with the beach community, while inside spaces have a more traditional and classic feel that is in keeping with the homeowners style.
The Round House
One of our more creative projects is this 20-sided home built from Deltic pre-constructed panels and assembled by our custom home team. This three-story home features a center post from which floor joists radiate like a wagon wheel. We custom designed and built the interior spaces to take advantage of the unique home.
